As crafters, we are always at the best prices on blanks for vinyl crafts. Having done things for so long I don’t have just 1 favorite place, I have a few. Finding a blank product at the right price is as essential as finding the right craft vinyl for your Cricut Machine.
I am always on the search for new quality blanks, great prices on vinyl by the yard rolls, and other craft supplies for my vinyl projects. Today I thought I would share some of my favorite blanks with you.
Let’s face it Michaels Craft Store isn’t always the best place to find what we need for our small business needs. Sometimes you have an idea for a great gift idea for a home decor piece and have the perfect craft in mind but can’t find the right blank for us.

- Etsy is an awesome place to find unique blanks to use with permanent vinyl, removable vinyl, and also HTV.
- Heat Transfer Warehouse
- One of my favorite places to shop for blanks and some of the most unique vinyl projects too!
- JoAnn.com
- Most of us are familiar with JoAnn. Shopping their online sales is the best way to get a great deal on blanks and other items.
- The Dollar Tree
- This is 1 of the most underrated places to shop for blanks. They are a great way to build up your small business!
Tips for purchasing blanks for vinyl
Check the reviews: This will tell you a lot about the quality of the item you are looking at. There is nothing worse than spending your hard-earned money on a vinyl blank just for it to break easily or just not work out for what you need it for.
That brings me to the next thing, read and if you have to reread the description. There are blanks out there for all sorts of things, you don’t want to spend the extra money for sublimation tumblers when all you really need is a regular stainless steel tumbler.
Check the measurements: If you have a design in mind and a design size, check the measurements of the blank before you buy. Make sure the size matches up with what you have planned for it.

Where else can I find blanks for vinyl?
Another place to look for great blanks for vinyl is Destash groups on Facebook. What is a destash group? Well, it is usually run by 1+ people. They find wholesale items and post them in their group. Once they have enough of the item claimed and paid for they place the order.
When the order comes in they ship it out to you. It is a fairly simple process.
There are also destash groups of people who are selling off their craft supplies that they aren’t using anymore. As I said there are so many amazing places to get blanks. These are just my favorites.
