I do not think your fall house decor is truly complete until you get this sunflower wreath on your door. The colors mesh perfectly with the falling leaves.
There are wreaths that you can make for every holiday, season, and event imaginable. This is definitely the one you want for the duration of the fall season.
Sunflower Wreath
While working on this sunflower wreath, you can be hanging out with your family as well. A great way to bond is over a fun craft that everyone can take part in together.
This craft is also easy enough for the little ones to help you with as well. Just some wimple wrapping and gluing will make them feel proud for the part they played in the wreath.
If you are really feeling up to it, you can even make some wreaths to go on the doors inside. That way, all of the little ones can make their own and hang it proudly for show.
This sunflower wreath is one of the perfect ways to enjoy the colors of the season before the time has passed. So you should jump on board now before it is too late!
Fall is one of my favorite seasons but it does feel like the shortest season as well. One minute it is summer, and the next the leaves have fallen and it is snowing already.
This is why it is important to start decoration for fall as soon as possible. Once Thanksgiving rolls around and passes, it will be time to decorate for Christmas.
You really will love this sunflower wreath and it will compliment the fall season perfectly. With just a little time and creativity, it will be hanging on your door!

Materials
- 10-inch wreath form
- Burlap ribbon - 9ft roll
- Orange sunflowers
- Cream flowers
- 1/2in glue dots (or hot glue if you prefer)
- Scissors
Instructions
- Attach two glue dots to one end of the ribbon. Attach ribbon to the wreath form.
- Wrap ribbon around the wreath form, overlapping the ribbon at the ends so none of the wreath form shows through.
- When you get the end where the ribbon meets up with the other end of the ribbon, overlap it and cut the ribbon, then attach glue dots to the end and secure on top of the other ribbon, in the back of the wreath. This area will be covered with flowers, so you will not see it.
- Remove 4 sunflowers from their stems, and 2 of the cream flowers.
- Apply a glue dot to the back of each sunflower and attach to the wreath, spacing them about ½ inch apart.
- Apply a glue dot to one side of the leaf on the cream flowers and attach to the wreath, slightly under each sunflower on either end
