What Kind Of Wood Do You Use For Porch Signs?

I used some wood that I had laying around, that I knew would be durable enough for outdoor use. It was some old deck wood I had laying around and already had the perfect dimensions that I needed for the porch leaner idea I saw in my head.

If you don’t have wood at home and have to make a trip to the hardware store, pine or any other kind of solid wood is a great choice.

This porch leaner is great if you are going for something with a rustic look that you can sit on your patio for passersby to see.

Porch hangers are great for Fall and Christmas too! You can even make this 1 double-sided by adding pumpkins and candy corn to the other side.

Just flip it when the mood strikes you.
