I love making fabric earrings with my Cricut Machine, they are such a simple project. Earrings make great gifts and Cricut Design space has so many different shapes and designs for you to use for your earring design.
Cricut earrings are super easy to make! You can use fabric, faux leather, or real leather. And you can even jazz them up a little more with some iron-on vinyl!
When I first got my EasyPress mini, Faux Leather Earrings were the first thing I wanted to make.
The material settings can get tricky for this great project, and depending on the material you use for your own earrings you may have to do some trials to find the right 1 for you. I like to cut faux suede, fabric, and leather with my rotary blade. So I use the bonded fabric setting. But you can also cut these with your other machines like the Cricut Explore Air, and a deep point blade.
Each of the Cricut machines with the exception of the Cricut joy has a deep-cut blade that you can get to accompany your machine. You can also cut with the knife blade and the fine point blade with the right settings.
EasyPress Mini Project: Fabric Earrings
With my DIY leather earrings, I used faux leather, heat transfer vinyl, and my EasyPress mini to make them amazing. And although you can use genuine leather, I chose faux for this easy DIY project because there are so many varieties and it is also what I had on hand.
I wanted to make an earring that was different on each side. You always see earrings made with the Cricut with these raw unfinished backs.
I wanted to make something that was a fabric earring but was also finished on both sides.
