Materials
- Paper Squirrel Template
- Colored craft paper
- Craft glue
- Black marker pen
- Pencil
Tools
- Scissors
Instructions
- Select 2 different light shades of brown colored craft papers, dark brown colored paper, and cream, or off-white colored paper for this craft. Trace the squirrel patterns on the selected craft papers and cut them out nicely.
- Attach the oval-shaped piece in the middle of the main body pattern of the paper squirrel. Attach the thin tail pattern along the left side of the thick tail pattern. Attach the small oval-shaped cutout in the middle of the heart-like shaped (face) cutout. Attach the small square (white paper) below the small brown oval shape.
- Attach the heart-like pattern in the middle of the head pattern. Attach the head on the top side of the main body pattern.
- Attach the tail on either side of the main body pattern, on its backside.
- Use a black marker pen to draw the eyes and mouth of the paper squirrel.
