I tried to make my word search puzzle in Adobe Photoshop and also directly in Cricut Design Space. Neither worked. I couldn’t figure out how to align the letters.

Instructions
- Open a new sheet. In this example, I am using 14 columns and 13 rows. But you can use as many as you want.
- You can also delete the extra rows and columns for a cleaner work area.
- Highlight the number of rows you plan on using. And right-click to open the drop-down menu.
- Click on resize columns, the letters next to it will show the columns that you have highlighted.
- I like to make it square, so I choose 25 here and then click ok.
- Next highlight the rows to plan to use in your wordsearch. And then right-click to see the dropdown.
- Now resize the rows.
- You are going to type 25 again and click ok again.
- Now you have a larger square with a bunch of smaller squares to work with.
- The first thing you are going to do is type all of the names into your word search.
- Highlight the whole thing and center all of your text. As you can see I used whatever the default font is, but you can use any font you like.
- Fill in the remaining boxes with random letters until it is completely full.
- Finally, you can either screenshot the file, or what I did was save it as a PDF and opened it in Adobe Illustrator, and converted it to an SVG file to use with my Cricut.
